What do i need?
- JENAN® white oats - 3 cups
- JENAN® all-purpose flour - 2 cups
- JENAN® large eggs - 2
- Butter - 1 cup softened
- White sugar - 1 cup
- Brown sugar - 1 cup
- Baking soda - 1 tsp
- Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Cinnamon powder - 1½ tsp
- Black Raisins - 20 to 30
How do i prepare it?
- In a medium bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. Beat in Jenan eggs one at a time, and then stir in vanilla. Combine Jenan flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; stir into the creamed mixture. Mix in Jenan oats and raisins. Cover and chill dough for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 190°C. Grease cookie sheets. Roll the dough into walnut sized balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Flatten each cookie with a large fork dipped in sugar. Bake for 8- 10 minutes in a preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
