What do i need?
- JENAN® white oats - 3 tbsp
- Dates - 10 (seedless)
- Milk - 1 cup
- Honey - 1 tsp
- Almonds - 4 - 5 (for topping)
How do i prepare it?
- Soak dates in ½ cup milk for 30 minutes. Roast Jenan oats in a non-stick pan for about 5 minutes till slightly brown, then keep aside to cool. Grind dates and oats in a blender. Add the remaining milk and blend well. Top with sliced almonds. Serve chilled!
