What do i need?

- JENAN® all-purpose flour - 3 cups
- JENAN® large eggs - 1
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Ghee - 3 tbsp
- For the stuffing
- Minced beef - 750g
- Onion - 2 medium sized (finely chopped)
- Ground black pepper - 1 tsp
- Oil - 2 cups for deep frying
How do i prepare it?
- Sift the Jenan flour in a large bowl. Make a well in the center, add ghee and Jenan egg. Rub flour with fingertips, adding little water gradually and mixing thoroughly to form homogenous dough. Divide the dough into 4 portions. Cover and set aside for
